Gamla USA is the US subsidiary of Gamla Millenium Investments Ltd, a private company with a major international presence in the real estate in the United States, Europe, and Israel.
In 2008, Gamla USA has formed its new subsidiary, Gamla Florida LLC as its new holding company in the US market, and by joint venturing with Cedron Florida, Gamla Florida has created the Gamla – Cedron Group in order to spearhead the expansion of the Gamla USA into the Southeastern United States, using its expertise and extensive real estate knowledge, to take advantage of the opportunities arising out of the financial crisis and the sharp downturn in the real estate market. Gamla Cedron Group has established its presence as a major player in the local market of Florida in a very short period of time, closing substantial deals and buying hundreds of units focusing in the income producing, class "A" fractured condos, multy-family, garden style communities in a prime locations in Florida.
